My cleaner of 8 years recently retired and I had to find a new one. I searched online and came across Simply Maid. Given the positive reviews online, I decided to give them a go. I organised a deep initial clean for 3 pm on a Saturday. Three cleaners arrived right on time and eager to clean. Within an hour, my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment was spotless. I was very impressed and will be organising a more regular arrangement.
These guys are great. They are thorough and you have an opportunity for feedback after each service so they can redress any issues you may have - this is the most important thing as far as I'm concerned, because it means they only get better over time. Easy to contact them by sms, phone, or email. Payments and services are automatic and easily cancelled via a web app. Relatively expensive compared to others, but money well spend in my view!

The best & friendliest cleaners I’ve ever had. I work from home a couple of days a week so needed cleaners who could clean effectively whilst I’m at home working. They were absolutely lovely & a superior clean was achieved in a timely manner.

Sahil did a superb job of cleaning my unit. I'd done that thing of cleaning my unit in anticipation of the cleaner coming and thought it was already looking pretty good, but I was really impressed at how much more Sahil did. The bathroom and kitchen fittings sparkled like I'd not seen in years and he managed to de-grease tiles behind the hob I'd given up trying to get smooth again. Great job! Would definitely recommend and use again.
