“The whole process was unacceptable. Firstly the booking was for a deep clean, with add-ons booked for the Thursday 4th June, which allocated 2 cleaners. No one turned up. While we appreciate the late night contact to confirm someone for the Friday instead, it was only allocated with one cleaner. As a result she failed to complete multiple items on the checklist, purely as a result of limited time available. The areas that she did such as the bathrooms were fantastic and none of this criticism s”
