“The cleaners were actually lovely - fundamentally though we’ve been sold a $462 ‘deep clean’ service and the cleaners didn’t have sufficient time to provide the described service. 2 cleaners spent 2 hours and 36 minutes here. A cumulative 5 hours and 12 minutes. This is not an issue for the cleaners to resolve - it’s an issue for simplymaid to resolve. You’ve set your cleaners up to fail.”
