“I specifically asked for the couch to be vacuumed but it wasn't touched. Much of the floor area wasn't vacuumed either, especially the carpeted areas, & the hard floors remained unmopped. I asked for the skirting boards & sliding door runners to be cleaned & some were done, but plenty remained untouched or cleaned poorly. Simple & lightweight items such as my daughter's music stand weren't moved so corners & edges of rooms weren't cleaned - the very definition of a spring clean. None of the fans”
