A new customer is someone who:
Has never booked with Simply Maid before
Books and completes a cleaning service through your referral link or promo code
Not eligible:
Existing Simply Maid customers (even if they use your link)
Self-referrals (you cannot refer yourself)
Customers who have previously booked under a different email/phone
Our system automatically checks whether a customer is new when processing attribution. You don't need to verify this yourself — it's handled automatically.
