We tried another company first but clean was bad and communication with company very slow a couple of days.we then tried Simply Maid,same day communication,cleaner was good and on time, He was going back to uni, they organised a husband wife team they were very good ,worked well as a good team,they have all cleaned in places we never thought of.so we Highly Recommend Simply Maid, very highly great peace of mind and great clean.

Simply Maid are incredible. Their cleaning is always consistently fantastic. They are easy to deal with, and they always ensure all the little areas are cleaned, and there is little to zero work. They even fold my toilet paper which makes me feel like I’m in a hotel - how awesome is that!
As a Cleaners have moved on to the next stage in there lives, who we were very happy with and wish them the very best. I received new cleaners and an also very happy with them. Cannot recommend simply maid highly enough. Keep up the good work.

Highly recommend this service. Milan my regular cleaner is very attentive to everything and is very understanding if I every reschedule. I have a young daughter who can cause quite a mess but Milan not only wipes the mess away like magic but also ensure things she shouldn't have are kept out of her reach. Today was my first time using Simply Maid. I had tried a couple of other companies and they just weren't quite up to scratch. Jack came in this morning, on time, smiling and very professional. I had to go out, so left him here all alone. I came home later in the day and the place was sparkling clean. I don't think my sink, my oven (I requested as additional) or my.mirrors have ever been so clean.I am extremely impressed with every aspect I've experienced so far. Thank you Jack and Simply Maid.

The team that did my apartments clean was Team Sagar and Smith. My apartment was one bed room, one bathroom in/out + fridge clean. The team did a fabulous job. We used SimplyMaid to give our big house a good clean due to family coming from overseas and we wanted the house to be super clean. Their cleaners spent 5 hours at the house and cleaned from head to toe and it was immaculate! We will be using them again on a regular basis!

The team arrived promptly and ready to work. We have a dog and cat, and they were friendly to our pets. I heard them talking to Sansa and Stanley as they were cleaning! They were efficient and left a sparkling house! We have signed on for weekly service and I'm thrilled! We highly recommend.

My partner and I have been so busy with our fulltime jobs and business and the house cleaning was the last thing on our minds. The team did a fantastic job cleaning a VERY dirty house after recent renovations had finished - especially as I was notified at the very last minute that the flooring guys would not finish on schedule resulting in a VERY last minute change of appointment time and working on a Sunday. The people that come are fantastic. We get our tired and old apartment cleaned once a fortnight and they do a great job. We have had some minor issues once or twice but they have always been acknowledged and never repeated. The communication is great and the team that come to our house are always friendly and seem happy 🙂
