- Clean and polish splashback
- Clean stovetop and remove grease buildup
- Clean and sanitise sink and tap
- Wipe down exterior of all appliances
- Clean microwave inside and out
- Wipe cabinet fronts and handles
- Clean small appliances (kettle, toaster, etc)
- Sweep and mop floors thoroughly
- Empty rubbish and replace bin liner
- Spot clean walls and splashback

GOOD TO KNOW BEFOREHAND
Outside the usual scope
Mould removal, hazardous waste, heavy lifting, high-reach areas and chandeliers aren’t part of these domestic cleans. Repairs, pest control and gardening need separate arrangements.
Carpet steam cleaning is separate from vacuuming. Only select it where offered in your booking.

No need to clean before your clean. These small preparations help make the visit work for your home.
- Make the surfaces accessible
Put away loose items where you can, so your cleaner can spend their time cleaning the surfaces underneath.
- Leave the little details
Add access instructions, parking information and priorities in the booking notes. Confirm special products or sensitive surfaces with the team.
- Prepare any extras
If inside appliances or cupboards are included or added, empty them so they’re ready to clean. Let the team know if you need help planning access.

Review your choices, total and booking terms before adding a card and confirming. Your own price is calculated from your selections.
Once your booking is confirmed.
Your confirmation and customer account keep the visit details together. Contact the team if your plans change.

If something in the agreed cleaning scope needs attention, report it within 48 hours after the clean. The team will review the issue and arrange an eligible re-clean at no extra charge under our Care & Cover terms.
The reporting window is not a promise that a return visit will happen within 48 hours. The team will arrange the next steps with you.
