We tried another company first but clean was bad and communication with company very slow a couple of days.we then tried Simply Maid,same day communication,cleaner was good and on time, He was going back to uni, they organised a husband wife team they were very good ,worked well as a good team,they have all cleaned in places we never thought of.so we Highly Recommend Simply Maid, very highly great peace of mind and great clean.

Simply Maid are incredible. Their cleaning is always consistently fantastic. They are easy to deal with, and they always ensure all the little areas are cleaned, and there is little to zero work. They even fold my toilet paper which makes me feel like I’m in a hotel - how awesome is that!

Highly recommend this service. Milan my regular cleaner is very attentive to everything and is very understanding if I every reschedule. I have a young daughter who can cause quite a mess but Milan not only wipes the mess away like magic but also ensure things she shouldn't have are kept out of her reach. This service and his service have been a godsend that allows me more time with my family. Thank you !

Today was my first time using Simply Maid. I had tried a couple of other companies and they just weren't quite up to scratch. Jack came in this morning, on time, smiling and very professional. I had to go out, so left him here all alone. I came home later in the day and the place was sparkling clean. I don't think my sink, my oven (I requested as additional) or my.mirrors have ever been so clean.I am extremely impressed with every aspect I've experienced so far. Thank you Jack and Simply Maid.

We used SimplyMaid to give our big house a good clean due to family coming from overseas and we wanted the house to be super clean. Their cleaners spent 5 hours at the house and cleaned from head to toe and it was immaculate! We will be using them again on a regular basis!

The team did a fantastic job cleaning a VERY dirty house after recent renovations had finished - especially as I was notified at the very last minute that the flooring guys would not finish on schedule resulting in a VERY last minute change of appointment time and working on a Sunday. The people that come are fantastic. We get our tired and old apartment cleaned once a fortnight and they do a great job. Great service. Great communication. Reasonably priced. Recently used Simply Maid for an end of lease clean. Ken and Kitty did an amazing job. Our rental agency said that our apartment was in left great condition and very clean. We were able to get 100% of our bond back, just as Simply Maid promised. The communication was above and beyond, and put me at ease during the stress of moving. Caroline, the owner, was fantastic to work with. Answered all of my questions, emails were sent with reminders, and the online portal was easy to use. Ken and Kitty called on the day of the clean to suggest an additional service, very much appreciated as it was an oversight by me. Again, left the apartment in great standings. I will definitely be using Simply Maid for future cleaning needs.
