## About Simply Maid

Simply Maid started in Sydney in 2015; its first clean was in Crows Nest on 5 August 2015. It cleans in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, the Gold Coast and Canberra.
Customers book online. The booking form prices the home from its bedrooms, bathrooms, condition, extras and schedule, and the same home is priced the same way in every city.
Cleaners are ID-checked and insured.
Services: standard cleaning, deep cleaning, spring cleaning (booked as the deep clean package), end of lease cleaning, move-in cleaning (booked as the end of lease package), self-managed NDIS cleaning, carpet, sofa, mattress and upholstery steam cleaning, and commercial, office, shop and gym cleaning booked by the cleaner-hour.

## Carpet and Upholstery Steam Cleaning

Hot-water extraction, booked on its own or added to a deep or end of lease clean. Prices are per item or area, including GST, with a $150 minimum before Care & Cover.

## Commercial, Office, Shop and Gym Cleaning

Booked online by the cleaner-hour: $99 per cleaner-hour including GST, with a 2-hour minimum per visit, plus Care & Cover. Two cleaners for one hour is two cleaner-hours. No site visit, quote or lock-in contract; booking shows the full total before you confirm.
A 2-hour one-off visit totals $210 including GST and Care & Cover; on a weekly schedule it is $169 a visit.
The booking is offered to nearby cleaners with business experience, and the customer is emailed once one accepts.
